He was born in Bahia Blanca and lived in Rosario, where he studied painting and engraving with Juan Grela. He participated in "Tucumán Arde" and worked in adult education, specializing in Paris. He gave courses, conferences and guided visits. He was a judge, graphic designer and director of the UNR publishing house. He directed his painting workshop and held numerous individual and collective exhibitions from 1961 until his death in 2015. Books about his work and thought have been published.
